Spring Cleaning and Awakening!
We as a group in our Pilates sessions have been focusing Spring Cleaning as we have gone through the Spring Equinox and into Spring. I love it when the clocks go back and we have an hour extra a daylight and I certainly enjoyed mowing the lawn at 7pm for the first time!
We say goodbye to the Winter sluggishness and come out of hibernation. Naturally, at this time we have more energy and a desire to clear our our cupboards, start weeding the garden etc. but it is also a time to “spring clean” ourselves.
Ask yourself the question what would I like to Spring Clean about myself, habits, patterns of behaviour, traits that do not help us become the best version of ourselves. Then literally using breath, manifestation and letting go has helped me and all of us to move into Spring with more energy and in a more positive way. I felt a “Spring” in my step and one of my clients commented that she felt tingling in her face and hands.
I don’t JUST teach Pilates, I practice Pilates, Mindfulness and use my coaching tools to continue my own personal development and , share these with you in class and beyond. It is i this way I consider myself as a Lifestyle Coach working with body and mind together. In fact, another client r4ecently said that she had only come to me to get help “fix her abs and was not expecting it would also have helped her head!
